From the professionalism and efficiency of the initial phone call to being greeted by wonderful smiles and warm personalities. The office is clean comfortable and bright. Dr. Yahav was knowledgable, informative, caring and patient. I can be a bit much went it comes to public services and customer service. Dr. Yahav did not disappoint. Dr. Yahav comes highly recommended. My experience at CSC deserves 10 1/2 stars. For my first appointment in so long, prompted by a search of what was closest to my office, Dr. Yahov was able to promptly schedule me and was so gentle. The reason I hadn't been to a dentist in years is generally hating the experience- the waiting room, the process itself, and the aftermath. This experience couldn't have been better. One of his nurses even held my hand during the drilling (where I didn't feel a thing). Dr. Yahov was so gentle and really put me at ease. He also found about four cavities. The process was streamlined, efficient, and I can't believe the amount of work he got done without freaking me out at any point. Everyone was conversational and genuinely nice both on the phone and in person. The Doctor asked about both my mother and father, who also see him for their dental work. Though this was my third visit to Dr. Yahav, my mother has seen him for fifteen years, which I take to be a good sign. The dental instruments were high quality and I felt comfortable during my exam and teeth cleaning. Dr. Yahav was willing to have a conversation about oral health rather than just imposing his expertise on me. I felt like I knew what was going on rather than being left in the dark, like I've felt with some doctors. After leaving, I felt clean and ready to take care of my teeth. Thank you!
